PowerOn Ltd. was established by Jim Floyd in 2008, as a consulting firm with a vision to supporting companies in the power industry with the development, operations and maintenance of their assets as well as encouraging the creation of environmentally responsible projects.

​Jim has a long history in the energy industry from design, through all levels of management, to engagement as a Board of Director member.  His employment track allowed him to developed strong management and leadership skills as well as deep insights into corporate oversight, culture and delivery of major projects.
